About This Project

The new apartment complex is on a 2,200 acre plot of land located within Cadence, a master-planned community in Henderson, that is currently being developed by the LandWell Company. The project, which consists of 265 units ranging in size from 617 to 1,320 square feet, feature a variety of amenities for tenants, including a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, private parking garages situated in all of the buildings located in the complex, a courtyard gaming area, pool and cabanas, a dog park, a pickleball court, and BBQ and picnic areas.
